We work hard to get your hero bear to you as fast as humanly (and bear-ly) possible. Below is everything you need to know so your bear lands safely on your doorstep, right when you need it.

Because every custom item is made by hand in Kentucky, please allow 7–10 business days for your order to process and ship. 

In a rush? We’ve got you. Orders placed with 2-Day or Overnight shipping will ship within 48 hours, because some bears are clearly on very important missions.

Shipping Options at Checkout:

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
  → Your bear strolls casually to your house, stopping for snacks.

• Priority Shipping (2–4 business days)
  → A brisk jog. Still time to wave at strangers.

• 2-Day Shipping
  → Power walking. No distractions.

• Overnight Shipping
  → Lights on. Sirens blaring. Bear does not stop for snacks.
