What ages are your bears for? 

Our bears are designed and safety tested for kids 3+. Please DO NOT put our bears in cribs with babies or leave a baby alone with a ZZZ Bear.

How quickly will my order ship?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship. If you need it faster, we can put a rush on it. Please email us at hello@zzzbears.com

We have 4 options for shipping.
Standard shipping: 5-8 days
Priority Mail: 2-4 days
UPS 2 day air: Guaranteed 2 day delivery
Overnight Saver: Guaranteed overnight delivery by end of day

**Please expect delays during the holidays - starting the first week of December.

What is your return policy?

We accept return within 30 days of purchase. However, we do not accept returns on custom items.

How are the bears packed and shipped?

With the exception of the Bundles, our bears do not come in a gift box.  If you'd like a gift box, please add one to your order by going here:

Can I include a personalized note with my order?

Absolutely! Just write your message in the notes section of your order and I’ll include a postcard with my best handwriting in the package!

I entered the wrong shipping address and my package got lost. What do I do?

We urge everyone to double check their shipping address when they place the order. If you enter it incorrectly, you are responsible for the cost for us to re-ship it to you once it makes it back to our warehouse. As a small business, we just can't afford to cover that cost. 

Are the clothes removable?

The tops and bottoms are removable on all bears. However the hats are sewn on all bears except doctor and nurse.

Why are they called ZZZ Bears?

The original idea was to create a line of bears that protect children at night, helping them get their zZZ's!
