How quickly will my order ship?

Please allow 2-3 days for regular orders to ship and 5-7 business days for orders with a custom element like a name or rank patch. If you need it faster, we can put a rush on it. Please email us at Justin@zzzbears.com.

Standard shipping: 5-8 days
Priority Mail: 2-4 days
UPS 2 day air: Guaranteed 2 day delivery
Overnight Saver: Guaranteed overnight delivery by end of day

How are the bears packed and shipped?

With the exception of the Bundles, our bears do not come in a gift box.  If you'd like a gift box, please add one to your order by going here:

Can I include a personalized note with my order?

Absolutely! Just write your message in the notes section of your order and I’ll include a postcard with my best handwriting in the package!

Why do prices end in .22?

Every day, 22 veterans commit suicide. We feel it's important to know this and remember this. Because raising awareness keeps their memory alive.

Are the clothes removable?

The tops and bottoms are removable on all bears. However the hats are sewn on all bears except doctor and nurse.

Why are they called ZZZ Bears?

The original idea was to create a line of bears that protect children at night, helping them get their zZZ's!
