How big are the bears?

The bears are 15" standing at attention and 10" sitting down for chow!

How fast will my bear ship?

All custom orders are made lovingly by hand in Kentucky. For this reason, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. If you need your bears sooner, place your order and email us at hello@zzzbears.com

Do the bears have a rank on them?

Although the bear is named Hero Bear Bundle, there is no rank on the uniform. However, you can add a custom rank patch to make him any rank you want!

Can I add a name to the bear?

Yes! Simply choose the option to "Add a custom name patch" under the blue "Personalize your bear" bar. The name patch will velcro on to the bear's hat.

Does it come in a gift box?

Our bears come in clear polybags. If this is a gift, please choose the "Add a gift box" option which will pop up after you've added an item to cart. Or, look for the gift box option under the "Accessories" tab in the top navigation.

I bought my bear for my grandson’s girlfriend. He just graduated from Air Force basic training. She absolutely loves it. It’s so cute. He’s away so she has something to remember him by when he’s gone for more training. I would highly recommend your bears to everyone!

Adorable bear; great small business

Very, very pleased. The bear is adorable, and so soft. (My son - a teen - commented on how cute the bear's face is, and how cuddly the fur!). This was purchased for someone about to enter a service academy, as a mascot and a comfort. I also want to note that our package was quite delayed by weather incidents, and when I reached out to ZZZBears, they responded immediately with professionalism and compassion. Amazing gift for anyone missing you!

I had received my orders to my first duty station and that same day I called my family and when I told my mother she was absolutely devastated knowing I’d be even further way than I already am. I bought this Bear as way that I’ll always be “home.” In a cuddly bear form. Since then even my nephew has started to read it books and that kid doesn’t even read!
