The bear is absolutely adorable and good quality. My son is in the Air Force and will be deploying for the first time next year so I bought a customized ZZZ Bear for myself, his wife, and his grandparents and they were the PERFECT gift! I also accidentally ordered one too many so I reached out to the company to see if I could return the extra bear and they were responsive immediately even during the holidays.
