I ordered the Marine bear for my daughter as her father was a Marine. The bear is adorable. I then ordered the name tag, rank and dog tags for the little bear. He will keep the father Marine in my daughter's heart forever.
The bear arrived in time and was sent with a nice note. The personalization was perfect! I loved getting messages letting me know where the bear was and when it would be expected to arrive. The bear is soft and well made. The clothes are too! The bear was the perfect finishing touch!
Bought this for a Christmas gift for my niece. My dad, her grand dad, was an Army Vet. He passed in 2018 and they were best "buddies.' Every Christmas since his death, I've given her a special Christmas memorial gift honoring him.

This is a well-made teddy bear and I’m happy with it, but I’m actually reviewing today because of the amazing customer service I received. I had ordered one of these bears as soon as they came out because my husband is in his NWUs more often than dress blues. We got the bear, and it hadn’t even been out two hours before the dog got a hold of it. I wrote to customer service and they responded super fast and offered me 50% off to replace it. I’ll give a big Hooyah to that! It was refreshing to see that companies like this one still care about their customers more than the product they sell.
