I absolutely love this bear its very soft and cuddly. The uniform is so cute as well and feels so real (idk if its made from the real ocp fabric but if it is even more bonus stars :D )and i didnt know that it can be removed so that was even cuter. I ordered this for my boyfriend as a mini bear him and now i want my own lol, he loves it so much and will be taking it with him when he leaves for training.

I highly recommend ZZZ bears. They are not only adorable, soft and customizable, the company was great to work with. The bears came quickly and the name badges looked great! Plus the update emails were pretty cute and clever too. I gave these bears to my sister (her son entered the Army) and my mom (the sentimental grandma) for Mother's Day. The bears were a hit!

I recently ordered one of the military ZZZ Bears after receiving a Marine bear from my son for Mother’s Day. Since I also have a Navy recruit currently at boot camp, I knew I had to order the Navy bear too.
When I opened my Marine bear, I noticed there was a small hole in the toe/foot area. At first, I honestly thought, “Oh well, I’ll just display it anyway.” A few days later, I received an email checking to make sure everything was okay with my Navy bear order. I mentioned how happy I was with both bears and casually let them know about the small hole in the Marine bear, even sending a picture of the bears together along with a photo of the issue.
Not long after, I personally heard back from Justin at ZZZ Bears. He was incredibly kind, apologetic, and immediately offered to send me a replacement bear. I was honestly taken aback. I expected maybe a small discount or store credit, but instead they made it personal. The fact that he took the time to respond himself and make it right speaks volumes about the company and their customer service.
The bears themselves are adorable and meaningful, but the customer service is what truly made me a lifelong fan. In a world where great customer service feels rare, ZZZ Bears absolutely went above and beyond.
