I purchased this for my daughter who misses her older brother while he’s far away as he serves our country. She loves it!
I was moved to tears when I read the little story. The bear was a little smooshed. Bit, i was able to plumphim back into shape. Maybe you could ship in a box that would make sure nothing gets crushed. Everything else was terrific! I really hope my son likes it and gives it to his son when he is deployed. Very good quality dog tags and name and rank patches are great.
I like that you can customize it to what ever wording that you want. I made my dog tag personal for my brother in the army and I am giving it to my father as a Christmas present. So that way he will always have my brother near and close to the heart even when he is gone and away from home.

My husband was killed in the line of duty with 2 other officers in September. My son was devastated and saw a similar bear at build a bear but the quality was not great and there was no personalized items except for a very short voice recording they put inside ( how would you replace the battery) The personalization of the ZZZbear and being able to add a short voice recording is perfect for him and the quality was perfect for me!
